Everyone has a drawer with their ancient recipe books from previous generations, as well as new bright and beautiful cookbooks. Why hide them away in the dark when they can be displayed effectively as a feature in your kitchen?
A great way to put these books on display is to remove the cupboard doors of one of your kitchen cabinets and stack the books for everybody to see.
Having these books on display gives your kitchen a homely feel and will encourage you to mix up your cooking repetuare, not to mention brightening up an otherwise dull kitchen.
What do you think of this concept? Has anyone tried this, or something similar in their home?
